The saying goes that you get what you pay for and with this app, you get more than what you pay for. Support is awesome-- quick, personal and great. Multiple messages answering all questions asked with helpful hints. Not a form letter as with some apps I have seen. These guys know their app and take the time to support their users. The integration with on line updates is key and a true solution for running events. I have priced out systems like this, from full systems to custom development and they are all in the thousands of dollars. I cannot say enough good things about this app & the company that stands behind it!!

I just downloaded and used your app for the first time about 2 weeks ago in our 6th Annual Missionette 5K/10K event.

It was amazingly easy to use. I chose to use two devices to record each race separately since it was my first time using RaceSplitter. It worked like a charm! This truly took the headache out of sequencing finish cards at the end of the race! Participants could not believe, nor could we ourselves, how quickly we were able to move into the awards ceremony. We were able to go ahead and start and finish the 5K awards while the 10K race was still in progress.

I had one pre-registered participant whose name I thought to be male, but was actually a female that had to be changed after the race and this was so simple to do and the results were accurately reflected in the appropriate age group filter after the change.

This is such a tremendous blessing to have for all race directors! I am thoroughly impressed with the product and the personal customer service provided by RaceSplitter! This is one app that you will never regret purchasing!
