Version 1.4—live results publication!

In previous versions of RaceSplitter, you had to wait until the race was over to publish your results online. With today’s release of version 1.4, you can now publish or update your results, anytime and as often as you like, during the event.

Let the world follow your race as it unfolds. Need to have the awards ceremony before the last racer arrives? No problem. Publish and then print the current the standings at any time.

And remember, the results will be available at the original web page link. So if you plan to do live publishing for your audience, just send everybody the link to the race page beforehand.

Here’s how the new feature works:

  • The Standings screen now has a new button, “Post Results’, that you can access at any time during the race. You can publish and update your results as often as you like.
  • If you’ve published results during the race, then RaceSplitter will automatically send a final update when you later stop the race.

Here’s a video demonstrating the new feature. We hope you enjoy it!
